Meet River!
River is a stunning, 18 month old white Great Pyrenees weighing in at 85 pounds. He is an owner surrender due to divorce.
This adorable boy is housebroken and will be a great walking partner for his human. He walks great on the leash and loves being brushed. His favorite game is fetch and does quite well returning the ball.
As a very large puppy, sometimes he can be a challenge. River’s forever human needs to be firm when correcting. He can be stubborn which is a characteristic of this breed. 😉
He is a curious lad that enjoys watching the neighborhood activity. River will require a 6 foot fence.
He is in a foster home who loves him very much and who have 3 other senior dogs. His playfulness is often to much for their senior dogs. He gets along famously with other dogs and would benefit with a dog playmate.
He loves being close to his humans and is definitely a velcro boy.
Once in his forever home, he will require guidance on his manners. Since he is still a puppy, now is a great time to establish boundaries and limitations.
