We have a litter of Golden/Lab puppies who will be
ready for our Foster to Adopt Program at the beginning of September,
only males remaining. They are very smart and well socialized
little guys, there foster home has done stimulation exercises since they
were a week old. Both Mom and Dad have great personalities.
We do not adopt
to families with children under 4 and we prefer a fenced yard.

Drew |
Drew was a stray who
was turned over to Love A Golden Rescue by some very nice people! He is
a big beautiful golden boy, probably about three to four years old.
He is in a foster home and doing well. He is house broken and very
well behaved. He is a big boy and needs to lose a few more pounds.
He gets along very well with his foster family dog, however, he would
probably due best as an only dog as he wants to be alpha dog. He
will also require a fenced yard and children over 12 years of age due to
his size. He is in training to improve his leash walking skills.
He knows sit and shake already.

Nikon |
Nikon is a
very well behaved two year old golden mixed. He is
housebroken-never had an accident in the house. When he walks he
prances and his tail is always wagging. He doesn't pull when
you take him out for a walk. He's a very happy guy. He gets
along well with other dogs. He doesn't bark and doesn't steal food
or any other items from table or countertops. He's a medium sized dog
who doesn't jump up on people. Friends have raved about how well behaved
and lovable he is. He is a great companion who needs a loving home.

Samm |
Samm came to our group from a shelter.
He is approximately 5 years old. He is a big
boy but so gentle. His foster family calls him “a
gentle giant”. He is being treated for heartworm, so
he has to be kept relatively quiet which is not a problem for him.
He is a very quiet, calm boy. He loves to be
around other dogs as well as people. He knows basic
commands and walks pretty good on a leash. Once he is
finished with his heartworm treatment and can get more exercise and go
for longer walks, his foster family feels he will improve even more.
He is crate trained although he prefers to be with the rest of
his foster pack. Right now, he is looking for some
foster buddies to help defray the cost of his treatment.
He will be ready to meet and greet people and find his new
forever home in September.
